INSURANCE - 2011

CCUSA insurance is effective with the Summer 2011 programs.  There are two policies:   basic and premium. ALL Camp Counselor participants receive the Premium policy. This policy has NO deductable.

•  You are required to notify us of any following: all hospitalizations, surgeries, emergency evacuations, emergency reunions, trip interruptions, repatriation of remains, computerized tomography (CAT Scan) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

Failure to comply may result in reduction of benefits.

Since 15 March, 2011 there will be a change in the Tax Service wire transfer refund process - very exciting!

        CCUSA TaxBack Service is now offering a new process for wire transfers to all participants using the Tax Service which will simplify the process and also speed it along.  While still offering Western Union and Checks the goal, ultimately, is that most of you will choose to receive wire transfer.
        Here’s how it works:
        When the you signed up (will sign up) for direct deposit, your will be directed to the Travelex website through a link where you will enter your bank information directly into the payment center. This is going make it very safe and comfortable, as the website will not accept any bank accounts that are not valid.  Also, the fee for wire transfer has been reduced from $25 USD to $10 USD
The great thing about this service is you can receive you wire transfer in their own home currency.
